Report must follow all UTM format. The manual, samples of declaration page, report spine, title page etc can be found at DOWNLOADS.
End of Course Survey
Prior to the report submission, please complete the End of Course Survey FYP 2-7 form that can be found at FYP FORMS, scroll down for PERDANA Program > FYP 2-7 Form.
