To all FYP1 and FYP2 students,
Please submit your logbook to your supervisor for the 3rd progress evaluation (FYP1-3 and FYP2-3) before May 5th, 2016 (Thursday). Please note that in this form, supervisor has the right to exempt the student from attending FYP seminar (result in fail grade) if the progress is not sufficient.
