The 3rd progress evaluation (FYP1-3 and FYP2-3) is open from Nov 23rd, 2016 (Wed) until Nov 29th, 2016 (Tue). To all FYP students, make sure you have submitted your logbook to supervisor. Please note that in this form, the supervisor has the right to exempt the student from attending FYP seminar (result in fail grade) if the progress is not sufficient.
